EAST BAY Free Adoptions at ARF: Through June 11, Tony La Russa’s Animal Rescue Foundation is offering waived adoptions fees for all dogs, cats, puppies and kittens. Standard adoption criteria applies. ARF is also adding an additional adoption day to their weekly schedule, offering adoptions from noon to 6 p.m. on Tuesdays, throughout June.
